Our collaboration began as employees of Microsoft, where we pitched an ahead-of-its-time immersive interactive music experience called Rifff, creating and sweating our way through the early wild west days of the web. We have since collectively and individually grown global companies for acquisition, launched and combined many bleeding-edge alpha and beta technologies into successful products, led teams, been in charge of budgets of upwards of $45 million (Getty Images), inspired consumers and won multiple industry awards.

Joining forces again as Ideas Move, we bring our vast experience and seasoned careers to a culmination in fulfilling on a passion, belief and dedication to deliver Storyzone to a multi-generational market that is in dire need of connection.

MICROSOFT

  • Together we conceived, directed, designed and launched Rifff, an original web series featuring interactive music video experiences

  • Rifff enabled non-musicians to engage with featured celebrities’ music in a whole new way, enabling them to change the instrumentation, arrangement, mood, and styles

  • The New York Times lauded Rifff as “an Internet pioneer in the convergence of education, celebrities, music, and technology” 

CNN

  • 2008 Elections – Led digital user experience & design, winner of Peabody Award, invented and deployed the Facebook News Feed on site

  • Redesign of cnn.com and all digital (and mobile) products, increase of audience and annual revenue by 30%

EXPERIENCE MUSIC PROJECT (NOW MoPop)

  • Conceived, designed, developed, built interactive musical galleries Sound Lab and On Stage. These garnered international awards and praise by visitors and the press.

 

SEATTLE MUSEUM OF HISTORY AND INDUSTRY

  • Exhibit concept design, content development, exhibit development and media design and production (winner of multiple international awards)

THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY

  • Led an enterprise adoption of a unified and central customer registration and account management product across Theme Parks & Resorts, ESPN, ABC, Disney Studios, Consumer Products and Disney International divisions.

  • Strategic leadership for Disney Movies Anywhere, the company’s first direct to consumer streaming video platform for Disney Studios.

GETTY IMAGES

  • Launched Getty Images first global e-commerce enabled website for digital customers to search, price, purchase and download images and video

 

PCA SKIN

  • Rebranding and redesign of all customer experience touchpoints, including all advertising and product packaging, resulting in a 300x valuation increase and its sale to Colgate in 2018
